Gillian& Katrina

It was a rainy Friday night and Saturday morning leading into the wedding of Gillian and Katrina, but on our arrival to the Glebe Park Apartments, the clouds had started to part. With nibblies including homemade sausage rolls and a freshly roasted chicken fresh from the apartment's oven, Katrina and her bridesmaids relaxed as make-up artist Amy did her thing. Meanwhile, in another room at the apartments, Gillian, her father, her bridesmaids and bridesman dressed in traditional Kerr Clan Scottish tartan.

Leaving the apartments at scheduled times to prevent any pre-ceremony sneak peeks, we were treated to a perfect blue sky as we headed out to the Homestead Cafe at Hall. Having met Kat & Gill at the venue a month or two ago, I knew we were in for some spectacular scenes on arrival. The ceremony was filled with tradition including a piper, a little scotch, unity candles, joining of the Clan and Handfasting. Soon after, the clouds start to close in and we wandered off for a quick photoshoot around the property. The storm clouds provided some amazing backdrops and whilst there were a few drops of rain during the shoot, the storm was kind enough to hold off until the reception entry. The night progressed with some touching speeches, delicious food, a tango by the wedding couple followed by plenty of dancing by all.

Gillian and Katrina are two of the most beautiful people I have ever met and it was a pleasure to be part of this wedding.

Congratulations Gillian & Katrina!

Awesome photos Michael (and friend)!

Thank you Michael and David. We couldn't wait until we got back home from our honeymoon to look at our photos and we absolutely love them. We can't wait to see more photos when we do get back. They bring the memories of our day back fresh into our minds so we can't thank you enough!

XO Kat and Gill
